Claire Munnings
Claire is a freelance journalist with more than 15 years of experience. Specializing in health, wellbeing and women’s lifestyle topics, Claire was previously the editor of Natural Health magazine and Health&Wellbeing magazine, and has written for titles including Stylist, Platinum, MadeForMums, Happiful, and In The Moment.
She is passionate about sharing easy-to-implement health advice. As a mum to two young girls, she realizes how time constraints affect how much we exercise and look after ourselves, and is keen to help others find healthy habits that work for them.
Claire enjoys investigating what it means to have a healthy mind, and writes about subjects such as the benefits of journaling and how gut health can influence our mood. Outside of work, she loves exploring the Suffolk countryside.
She has a First Class BA (Hons) degree in English Literature from the University of Kent and completed her NCTJ qualification while working at the East Anglian Daily Times.
