Mary Goodsell is a journalist, mother and yoga teacher. Over the last four years Mary has written for Good Housekeeping, Red Magazine, and Country Living, among others, covering yoga, parenting and lifestyle. Mary is also the founder and editor of The Parent Edit.
Mary completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Worthing in 2023 with Live Love Yoga.
