I'm a certified trainer who tests gym shoes for a living and my all-time favorites for strength training are now less than $50

I love these shoes for lifting heavy weights and I think you will too

Ultra-cushioned shoes dominate the market at the moment, but they're not ideal for lifting heavy weights. I'm a certified trainer and I'd argue that most serious strength training sessions would benefit from a shoe that's much closer to the ground—like the NOBULL Outwork, which is currently reduced by 70%.

The NOBULL Outwork is one of the best sneakers I’ve tested for our guide to the best cross-training shoes. They kept my feet anchored for every squat and lunge I performed and my ankles fully supported during an intense HIIT class.

If you’ve been searching for a shoe that can take you from the gym to an outdoor obstacle course, you’re in luck. The NOBULL Outwork is on sale for Black Friday, bringing some colorways to their lowest-ever price.

This is a crazy-low price for a brilliant cross-training shoe, which I use for all my lifting sessions. Minimal cushioning means that there is excellent ground feel and you'll feel stable when you're picking up heavy things.

The shoe’s combination of low heel-to-toe drop and stiff insole make it a great choice for Cross Fit, weight lifting, and agility training. Your feet will stay properly rooted to the ground, so you won't feel unbalanced during quick HIIT sessions or lifting workouts.

I spend most of my days in sneakers, so they tend to fall apart quickly. The NOBULL Outwork is made with a one-piece 'SuperFabric' that’s practically indestructible so they're holding up really well.

If your athletic pursuits take you to outdoor courses like Tough Mudders or Spartan Races, this SuperFabic will come in handy—it’s water-repellent, durable, and flexible, allowing you to conquer all obstacles.

The NOBULL Outwork’s retail price ranges from $139 to $149, which isn’t cheap but it's understandable given its construction and design.

I’ve seen some of the Outworks on sale for as low as $44.80, but most pairs seem to be between $80-$110. You’ll find that sizing and color options are limited already, so I’d act fast. I doubt stocks will last until Black Friday.

I’d recommend sizing up by one-half size when purchasing. They're also not ideal if you tend to do a lot of running in your workouts; pick something with more cushioning if that's the case for you.
