If there's one celebrity who regularly pops up when people are searching for workout inspiration, it's Jennifer Aniston. She's got the kind of toned physique that many people strive for and she's been sharing details of her favorite workouts.

The actress is an ambassador for Pvolve and credits the app with helping her stay fit and strong. She's a big fan of the low-impact, Pilates-inspired classes on the platform, which you can do at home with specialized equipment.

While it's nice to have this insight into the celebrity's workout regime, some of the Pvolve equipment she uses is fairly pricey. So this Prime Day 15% reduction across Pvolve's site and Amazon is very welcome.
