Rowing machines are great for building all-round fitness and now they connect to workout apps it's easier to get the most out of the time you spend rowing. Most connected rowers cost four figures, but there are a couple of more affordable options we'd recommend.
One of those tried-and-tested budget options is the ProForm 750R and you can currently pick it up for $101 less in this early Black Friday deal at Walmart.

Using magnetic resistance means the ProForm 750R is much quieter than rowing machines that use air or water resistance.
You can get all the basic stats you need—distance, calories, speed (split/500m), session time and strokes per minute—from the in-built console. It also has a Bluetooth connection enabling you to train with a heart rate monitor. While 750R doesn't have a screen, you can slot in your own tablet to connect to the iFit app and follow along with rowing machine workouts.
