If you're looking to get into fitness but don't know where to start, I've rounded up some of the most affordable deals I could find on beginner equipment to help you get set up.

Dumbbells are an obvious choice for beginners and there are currently discounts on 1lb, 3lb and 5lb options, all coming in under the $15 mark. These light weights will make moves like squats and lunges that little bit more challenging, helping you gradually build strength. Once your dumbbells arrive, try doing this 20-minute full-body dumbbell workout to get started.

I've also included some resistance bands and ankle/wrist weights, which can boost the effectiveness of a standard workout by adding resistance. If you want to get stronger and improve your muscle tone, try doing a beginner Pilates routine with the ankle weights attached. Or try out a resistance band workout for a quick and beginner-friendly way to get fit.
