Gifting a subscription to a workout app is a fantastic present that you can give in an instant—very helpful if it's too late to ship something for the holidays.

There are a huge number of workout apps available and matching the right one to the person you're giving to can be tricky, but one of these three Fit&Well favorites are sure to hit the spot.

Sweat is a fitness program designed specifically for women. It's been created by personal trainer Kayla Itsines who regularly posts workouts to her 16 million Instagram followers.

The majority of the 13,000-plus workouts are high intensity and bodyweight only, which is handy for beginners or if you want to train away from home, but there are also more home weights and gym-based strength sessions being added. There are also yoga and pilates sessions on offer, plus recipes too.

Sweat currently offers a 14-day free trial with 10% off an annual subscription.

Fiit puts over 2,000 workouts at your fingertips, but unlike the other apps here, you can take part in live sessions and challenge your buddies in friendly competition.

As well as the live workouts, you can join in ranked sessions and track your progress on leaderboards.

The focus here is on exercise, so there's no recipes or mediation sessions. There's every kind of workout imaginable though—bodyweight, weights, treadmill, rowing machine and much more.

We gave the app 4 out of 5 stars in our Fiit review. Our tester was really impressed with the live and connected sessions, but felt that some of the workouts were too challenging for beginners.

Sign up to a free 14-day trial of Fiit.

There aren't any deals in play on a Fiit subscription, but there is a free version of the app and a 14-day trial option. And unlike the other services, Fiit offers gift cards in the UK.
